Anyang Culture Center

Established in January 1970, it is significantly contributing in development of traditional culture succession as well as fostering sentiment of the citizens and art promotion of our city. It also holds various kinds of events and operates the traditional wedding ceremony, a royal carriage parade, Anyang culture and art festival and a culture class.

The city chorus

The chorus was established in October 12, 1987 in order to foster sentiment of the citizens and development of the local culture and art. It shows the superb performance of chorus and all kinds of concerts for the citizens. It also actively participates in regular concerts, performs at the Seoul Art Center and consolatory performances to army forces.

The city chorus of boys and girls

It was established on January 26, 1996 to devise future local culture and to foster music-talented children of the future. It is organized by 70 remembers currently and participates regular concerts, and touring shows. It participated in the national boys and girls choir competition and actively visits prisons or army forces to perform a consolatory performance. On October 2002, it won a gold prize in Busan International Choir Olympic.
