Content □ What is the restaurant hygiene grade system?
It is a system that improves hygiene level of the restaurant and provides restaurant choices to the customer by allowing the owner to voluntarily apply for the hygiene grade evaluation, grade according to the score, and promote the hygiene grade of the restaurant

□ Application place : Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, Anyang City Hall, Manan·Dongan gu-office
□ Evaluation agency : Korea Food Safety Management Certification Authority (evaluation is free)
□ Effects of designation : Promoting restaurant and increasing sales expectation, ensuring consumer’s restaurant choice options, improving hygiene, preventing food poisoning
□ Benefits of designation : Provide designation certificate and sign, technical support, loan support for facility·equipment·renovation, exemption from inspection(2 years)
